Free Mountain Bike Workshops

The workshops are part of the NT Government's Mountain Bike Master Plan to to grow this niche tourism market and attract even more holiday makers to the Territory.
Local tourism operators and members of local Mountain Bike clubs are strongly encouraged to attend the workshops, which will be hosted by special guest speakers Troy Rarick, Mountain Bike tourism entrepreneur and founder of Over the EDGE Sports as well as Nick Bowman, Director of Destination Trails.
Troy will host a workshop on 'Building a World Class Mountain Bike Destination' on Friday 23 June from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at the Central Australian Development Office, 55 Todd Mall.
Nick will host a workshop on 'Sustainable Trail Design, Construction & Maintenance' on Saturday 24 June from 8:30am - 3:30pm at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station.
