ITAC Members at Hermannsburg
Members of the Northern Territory's Indigenous Tourism Advisory Council hit the road this week traveling to Hermannsburg in Central Australia.

The Indigenous Tourism Advisory Council (ITAC) toured the Hermannsburg Historic Precinct as part of their role in helping to develop sustainable and prosperous Indigenous tourism enterprises across the Northern Territory.

The Council helps enable individuals to create or take up meaningful employment and business opportunities in the tourism industry and, at the same time, maintain and share their cultural heritage.

ITAC members work hard to raise the profile of indigenous tourism in the Territory and give Indigenous people confidence to share their stories and culture with visitors from around the world.
