Sunrise broadcasts live from Kakadu

Weather man, Sam Mac, broadcast weather segments live from Yellow Water Billabong on Tuesday 26 April and Wildman Wilderness Lodge in Kakadu on Wednesday 27 April showcasing to viewers that Kakadu is home to a range of unique activities found nowhere else in Australia.
As well as speaking with tourism operators and Traditional Owners, Sam visited iconic Territory pub, the Bark Hut Inn and tried airboating at Mary River Wetlands.
The weather crosses are timely given the international spotlight on Kakadu with the 30th anniversary of the blockbuster movie, Crocodile Dundee, which was largely shot in the Northern Territory.
The Sunrise weather broadcasts will be seen by hundreds of thousands of Australians and will deliver substantial exposure for Kakadu.
It's all part of a new month-long, nation-wide advertising campaign by Tourism NT encouraging Aussies to visit Kakadu.
