The Darwin International Laksa Festival returns this October!

The festival brings together foodies, local businesses, and culinary creatives to honour the rich diversity of laksa and the NT’s vibrant food culture.

The Laksa Festival comprises of two key elements:

Registrations are now open for venues to get involved by serving up a laksa or laksa-inspired dish as part of the Festival Food Tour.

The Food Tour runs from 1-31 October and encourages visitors and locals alike to visit as many participating venues as possible to purchase, review and vote for their favourite dishes through the Laksa League.

Whether you’re a first-time entrant or a returning favourite, the festival is a fantastic opportunity to promote your venue, increase foot traffic and increase sales at a traditionally quieter time of year.

For the first time ever, this year’s Grand Finale will be held on a Saturday at the Darwin Waterfront, designed to bring even more people into the festival and spotlight our incredible hospitality industry.
