Three new TV advertisements have launched across Australia today as part of the Territory’s award-winning Seek Different campaign encouraging Australians to reconnect with loved ones in the Northern Territory.

Iconic destinations including Uluru, Alice Springs, and Darwin are featured to inspire Australians to visit the Territory for a different and meaningful holiday.

The creative challenge of this campaign addresses Australian’s desire to reconnect with loved ones from over the last two years with TV advertisements highlighting the emotional need to physically reconnect.

The campaign will be in market until the end of March leading up to the NT’s peak tourism season.

Produced by KWP! on behalf of Tourism NT, the three TV advertisements feature friends and family discovering unique experiences including Segway tours around Uluru, the incredible Ormiston Gorge in the West Macdonnell ranges, and the family-friendly waterfront in Darwin’s CBD.

The launch of the new Seek Different creative coincides with the final two months of the NT Summer Sale, which offers significant savings to fully vaccinated tourists until 31 March 2022.

Quotes from Minister for Tourism and Hospitality Natasha Fyles:

“The Territory Labor Government’s Seek Different campaign has resonated with audiences since it was first launched in March 2021, and this next phase taps into reconnecting with friends and family.

“There is no better time for friends and family to safely reconnect and no better place than the Northern Territory to explore somewhere different together.

“We want Australians to take advantage of the incredible deals available with the NT Summer Sale incentive to save up to $1,000 off their NT holiday.”
