Business Event Planners in Alice Springs
Alice Springs has played host to key business event planners from around Australia this weekend.

The Alice Stampede is an annual event that aims to attract more more business events and lucrative conferences to the Northern Territory.

This year's Stampede saw 15 national business event planners visit Alice Springs' world-class conference facilities, venues and accommodation offerings as well as a private tour of Parrtjima – a Festival in Light, Australia's biggest light show installation stretching two kilometers over the spectacular McDonnell Ranges.

The Stampede also included education about the history of Alice Springs along with the unique off-site dinner sites available from the Alice Springs Convention Centre including the Nocturnal House, Ooraminna Homestead and the Old Quarry.

Business events contributed more than $35 million to the economy last year, making this tourism visitor sector a huge contributor to the Territory economy.

The Alice Stampede presents a valuable opportunity to showcase the Northern Territory as a unique business events destination, home to rich cultural heritage, pioneering history and beautiful natural scenery.

The Alice Stampede is a joint initiative of the Northern Territory Convention Bureau (NTCB) and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.
