Aboriginal Tourism Grant recipients announced

Eight Aboriginal businesses and organisations are set to receive funding in the latest round of Aboriginal Tourism Grants.
A total of $590,000 was awarded in round 6, including $46,000 to Larrakia Development Corporation for specialist advice on product development ahead of the Larrakia Cultural Centre opening in 2025.
The Larrakia Cultural Centre will be built at the base of the Larrakia sacred site at Stokes Hill overlooking Darwin Harbour, providing an opportunity for visitors to explore Larrakia history, arts and crafts as well as dine in a signature restaurant overlooking Darwin harbour.
To date, Tourism NT's Aboriginal Tourism Grant Program has supported 53 Aboriginal tourism businesses with grants totalling more than $2.2 million.
