NT Muster 2024
Must have NT based operations.
Must be contracted with one or more of the following national wholesalers:
- Flight Centre Travel Group
- Helloworld Group - Viva Holidays, Territory Discoveries, AOT or Sunlover Holidays
- Holidays of Australia / NT Now.
Must have an updated ATDW listing
Be able to provide your product as part of the prize packages for each event – total of three prizes
Must attend all three events
Pay the $1,300 registration fee and your own travel and expenses throughout the roadshow.
NT Muster is Tourism NT’s annual domestic roadshow, which provides operators an opportunity to promote their product to frontline and online travel agents, wholesalers, product managers and inbound tour operators.
The three day roadshow will be held on the following dates:
Melbourne Tuesday, 10 September 2024
Brisbane Wednesday, 11 September 2024
Sydney Thursday, 12 September 2024
To join NT Muster 2024 a non-refundable registration fee of $1,300 will be charged. To qualify as an exhibitor for the roadshow your business needs to meet the following criteria:*

Prize Sponsorship:
As part of NT Muster 2024, we require each operator to sponsor their product with a minimum value of $300 per event. Your product will become part of the prize packages on offer at each event, totalling three prizes for two people per operator. The sponsored product will be grouped together to create a range of fantastic NT prize packages for attendees to win.
Major prize sponsorship:
There is an opportunity for up to two operators to be major prize sponsors. The major prizes require a minimum prize value of minimum $3,000 - $5000 per event (at least $9,000 across all three events) and will be packaged with other sponsored product.
Major sponsor benefits include:
- Full page advert in the NT Muster program
- Company logo and prize itinerary promoted on the inside front cover of the NT Muster program
- Presentation opportunity (max. three minutes) when major prize is drawn
- Sponsorship recognition at each NT Muster event
- Company logo included in the on-screen presentation, displayed on rotation throughout the event.
