To be eligible for permanent employment in Tourism NT a person must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident. For temporary employment, it is necessary for a person to hold an appropriate visa with working rights.
Staff of Tourism NT are employed under the Northern Territory Tourist Commission Enterprise Agreement 2004 (PDF, 120KB). The Agreement provides a flexible employment framework that underpins commercial business operations and enables Tourism NT to compete more effectively in-market.
