Tennant Creek and surrounds

The Barkly Region 2004-2006 Tourism Strategy is currently being reviewed by the stakeholders to ensure the mission statement, positioning, availability of resources and current plans are consistent with today’s requirements.

The initial review workshop was conducted in Tennant Creek at the beginning of October. A second workshop for further refinement is scheduled for December 2005 with the expected revision to be completed in early 2006.
