Pacific Asia Indigenous Tourism Conference 2012 NOW OPEN
Registration for the inaugural Pacific Asia Indigenous Tourism Conference 2012 is now open. Tourism NT is a proud sponsor of PAITC and look forward to welcoming the conference delegates in Darwin on 29-30 March 2012. I encourage all Indigenous Tourism businesses to participate in PAITC as it provides a tremendous opportunity to promote Indigenous Tourism products. Participation in this conference provides our local businesses greater insight into the most effective ways of enhancing and diversifying their products. Please note that each delegate must complete a separate online registration form. An early bird registration fee is also available to delegates. Australian Indigenous Tourism Conference 2011
Tourism NT is also a sponsor of the annual AITC conference, to be held in Perth from 20 - 23 September 2011. AITC will address the key issues and needs that impact on Indigenous Tourism in Australia. It will also focus on the development, employment and training opportunities that exist for culturally authentic Indigenous tourism product, providing positive social and economic returns to regional Australia.
