Registrations are now open to Tourism NT's bi-annual 'Adventure NT' sales mission, which this year will take place in Greater China.
Adventure NT provides an opportunity for local NT operators to better strengthen their business relationships with key distribution partners from Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia.
This year’s sales mission will visit the cities of Shenzhen, Shanghai and Singapore from 21 – 27 October 2018.
Shenzhen has been chosen following the announcement by Donghai Airlines of direct flights from the city to Darwin, commencing 30 May 2018. Singapore is also an important market for the Northern Territory with funding announced in the Turbocharging Tourism
initiative to support airlines flying from Singapore to Darwin.
The Adventure NT mission will see NT tourism operators engage first-hand with travel trade, digital travel sharing platforms, media and key airline stakeholders via dedicated training workshops, networking events and dinners in each city.
This mission is open to NT tourism operators who are export-ready, that have suitable product for the Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia markets and who can demonstrate marketing initiatives across these markets.
