Tourism Australia will launch the next phase of it's successful international marketing campaign, 'There's nothing like Australia' in early 2016.

This next phase will focus on one of Australia's competitive strengths - the quality of our aquatic experiences and abundant, natural coastline.

The new campaign will showcase the best experiences and attractions Australia has to offer to millions of international travellers.

The Northern Territory's aquatic and coastal experiences

The Northern Territory boasts some of the country's most unique aquatic and coastal experiences and attractions.

In the Top End, tourists can cruise along Darwin Harbour and river systems exploring ancient rock art alongside stunning gorges, enjoy spectacular fishing or take a dip in some of the many waterholes and plunge pools in our national parks and nature reserves.

While in the Red Centre, adventure awaits at outback beaches and Central Australian waterholes.

How you can get involved

Tourism Australia developed the campaign in close collaboration with the tourism industry. Northern Territory tourism businesses can get involved by:

  • Submit your aquatic and coastal videos and photos to be featured in the campaign through Tourism Australia and Tourism NT's social media channels via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube
  • Access campaign assets from Tourism Australia or Tourism NT's image and video galleries to use in your own marketing activities for aquatic and coastal from January 2016
  •  Send Tourism NT news and story ideas on aquatic and coastal products and experiences to
